Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that have been opened, assembled, painted, or modified are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and/or item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Opened, assembled, painted, or modified items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
